• Ongoing support and maintenance packages (arranged upon consultation)

 

2.3 All simulator solutions are delivered nationwide across the UK.

3. Consultation & Space Requirements

​

3.1 Prior to installation, Premier Sports Sims will conduct a site assessment or consultation (in person or remote) to determine whether the customer’s space meets the minimum requirements for installation.

 

3.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring their space meets the required criteria, including but not limited to:

 

• Adequate room dimensions

• Suitable electrics

• Sufficient internet access

• Safe structural integrity

 

3.3 Any room preparation, adjustments, or remedial work required is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

 

4.1 Premier Sports Sims accepts payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, finance (via third-party provider), and staged payments.

 

4.2 A 50% deposit is required before design, planning, or build work begins. Work will not commence until this deposit is received.

 

4.3 The remaining balance must be paid upon completion, unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing.

 

4.4 Any late payment fees relating to financed orders are governed solely by the third-party finance provider and not Premier Sports Sims.

 

5. Finance Agreements

 

5.1 Finance is offered through a third-party financial provider. All finance applications are:

• Subject to approval by the third-party

• Outside the control of Premier Sports Sims

• Not guaranteed

5.2 Premier Sports Sims is not responsible for finance decisions, delays, or declined applications.

 

5.3 Orders dependent on finance will not be confirmed until finance has been fully approved and validated by the provider.

 

5.4 Customers entering into a finance agreement do so under the provider’s separate terms and conditions.

 

6. Project Timelines & Delays

6.1 Typical project timelines are 2–3 weeks, but may vary depending on:

• Build complexity

• Lead times for materials

• TrackMan hardware availability

• Customer scheduling

 

6.2 Premier Sports Sims will not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Supplier shortages

• TrackMan software/hardware delays

• Third-party scheduling

• Customer indecision or failure to provide required information

• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, shipping delays)

6.3 Timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

7. Warranties & Support

 

7.1 All Premier Sports Sims installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty, covering defects related to construction, materials, and installation.

 

7.2 TrackMan hardware and software warranties are separate and governed solely by TrackMan’s terms.

 

7.3 Support and maintenance packages are available and will be discussed during your consultation.

 

7.4 The warranty does not cover:

• Customer misuse or negligence

• Damage caused by improper environmental conditions

• Alterations made by the customer or third parties

• Issues resulting from structural problems in the customer’s property

 

8. Refunds & Cancellations

 

8.1 Deposits become non-refundable once design and planning work has begun.

 

8.2 Customers cannot cancel once the build or installation has started.

 

8.3 No refunds will be provided for custom-built simulator solutions once production has begun.

 

8.4 Refunds may be provided only where legally required under UK consumer law.

9. Liability Limitations

Premier Sports Sims is not liable for:

• Damage caused by customer misuse of the simulator

• Structural issues beyond our control (e.g., unstable walls, flooring, electrics)

• Software changes, updates, or interruptions controlled by TrackMan

• Interruptions to third-party services, data, or connectivity

• Loss of business or revenue due to downtime, delays, or faults

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

 

10. Use of Completed Build Images

 

10.1 Premier Sports Sims may use photos or videos of completed installations for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media, unless the customer opts out in writing before completion.

 

10.2 Customers may request that no images be shared publicly.

11. Commercial Use

​

11.1 Commercial installations may require additional permissions, safety measures, or insurance.

 

11.2 Customers operating the system in a public or commercial environment are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
