
Refund Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for Premier Sports Sims products and services.
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once design and planning begins.

Design work includes renderings, measurements, drawings, procurement planning, or room assessments.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers cannot cancel once the build or installation has started.

Custom builds are made to your specifications and cannot be reused or resold, therefore are non-refundable.
3. Custom Builds (No Refunds)

All custom-designed simulator systems become non-refundable once production begins.

This includes custom frames, enclosures, screens, flooring, finishes, and bespoke materials.

4. Pre-Designed Models

Pre-designed models may be eligible for a partial refund only if production has not begun.

Once manufacturing starts, the order is locked in.
5. Finance Agreements

Refunds for financed orders are subject to the finance provider’s terms.

Premier Sports Sims does not control or influence finance decisions or refund processes.
6. Faulty or Defective Items

TrackMan hardware or software issues are handled under TrackMan’s warranty, not ours.

Workmanship issues relating to our installation are covered by our 5-year warranty.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If we deliver components that are faulty due to our error, we will:

Replace the item

Or repair the fault at no additional cost
We do not cover damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
